All rentals include use of
restrooms and the Museum Store which may be open on off hours by
prior arrangement. No food or beverage may be brought into the
Museum unless catered by the Museum caterers.
THERE IS NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE MUSEUM AND NO FOOD OR BEVERAGE
WILL BE ALLOWED IN ANY EXHIBIT HALL OR GALLERY OR THE MUSEUM
STORE.
Terms and
Conditions:
The Fees listed may be changed
without notice at any time with the exception that a contract for
use, once signed, will guarantee the user of the fees quoted at
the time of the signing of the use agreement. Cancellations will
be accepted 48 hours prior to the event (on rental of the meeting
room) and 14 days prior to the event (on rental of the Entire
Museum) without forfeiture of the entire fee.
In addition to the facility use fee, every individual who visits
the exhibit galleries of the Museum will be charged an admission
fee (unless he/she has in possession a Museum Membership card or
Annual Pass). All group bookings of 10 people or more will be
charged a reduced rate (.50 off each admission) to the exhibit
areas in addition to the facility use fee(s). The hourly rates
are based on one full hour of utilization or fraction thereof. On
rental of the Entire Museum, the use fee includes admission for
all Guests to the galleries. Maximum number of individuals
determined by facilities used.

Catering Firms:
The Museum makes no representation
as to which caterer from this list the contracting party should
utilize. They are among the area's finest and have proven to
display the professionalism and quality that meet our standards
to ensure the success of your event.
It is the responsibility of the contracting party to make all the
arrangements with the caterer of choice directly and to obtain
any and all permits required (e.g. for the serving of alcohol)
for an approved function in the Museum
