Mail Orders: Check or money order(for mailed in orders only) should be made payable to Doll Art, Inc.

Museum Membership Discount: Members discount of 10% applies to all items in the catalog except for Museum Memberships and Gift Certificates.

Artist Dolls: Artist's custom, one-of-a-kind or limited edition items are available as the artist creates them.

Shipping Information: The charges listed are for packing, insurance and delivery to each address within the continental U.S. All orders will be shipped UPS. For faster service, you may specify 2nd Day Air delivery with the appropriate charges as listed. We recommend that all fragile items be shipped 2nd Day Air. For orders outside the USA - Canada: Ground Charges or 2nd Day Air + 10%. All other countries: Orders will be mailed US Postal Service Registered Mail. Please use 2nd Day Air rates from schedule + 20% to calculate charge. Allow 3-4 weeks delivery for in-stock items.

International Orders: All prices quoted are in U.S. dollars and all orders must be prepaid in U.S. funds. International orders may be subject to tariffs, taxes or other limitations. International orders will be delivered via air unless otherwise stated. Checks must be in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank.

Layaway Plan: Credit Card Layaways are available. A deposit of 25% is required at time of order with balance due in three(3) equal monthly payments. Please inquire about our Extended Layaway Plan.

Exchanges and Returns: Satisfaction on all Museum merchandise is guaranteed. Purchases may be returned within 7 days of receipt for exchange or catalog credit.

All goods subject to prior sale. In the case of nonavailability of an item, you will be notified and given the choice of either waiting for a backorder or choosing another item. Prices are subject to change.
